Scanner at Miya's house. Katie was a friend of mine that I went to school with. A month ago I found out she was in the Hospital, I drew her this picture and was going to send it to her until she died. It was a sudden rare heart virus. She was fine one day and the next she was sick, it got so bad that her condition had to be stabilized and she had to go to Portland to see a specialist. She died three days later.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
